Tweet talks with Tobi

Tweet has seen and talked to the guys in Edguy on three occasions. The first time was in Atlanta, Georgia at the Progpower V festival. The second was in Cleveland, Ohio when they were on tour with Hammerfall and the third time was in Detroit, Michigan in 2007.

Talking about Edguy’s live show Tweet says they “never disappoint, they put on just as good a show to 50 people as to sold out crowds”. He also commented that, “all the guys in the band were down to earth and were hanging around with everybody after the show.”

Tweet noticed one metal benefit about living in America, where the power metal scene is nothing compared to what it is in Europe, is the chance to see these bands up close and personal. “We see videos of bands like Edguy being worshipped in other countries all around the world and we got to hang out with them.”

In Detroit Tweet sat and talked with Tobi for awhile about all things metal. They talked about bands like Lizzy Borden, Tobi knew all of their album’s which brought a smile to Tweet’s face. One thing that surprised Tweet was Tobi’s lack of knowledge about German metal bands, Tweet knew more! But to anyone who knows Tweet personally this should come as no surprise, after all Tweet “lives for metal!”

The metal prophet Tweet’s prediction for Tobias is that he will be one of the leaders when the old timers retire “if he keeps it metal.”
