On the "The Band" page I would suggest putting pictures of the members of the band next to their name.
I love your header image and so far the content is great. Easy to use, easy to find information. The only minor problems I have are that the navigation could use a little work(Is a tad plain), along with making the background a repeating image that merges into a seamless background.
This is the web graphics artist in me talking, so I doubt many people notice those problems.
